    按照“不错、不重、不漏”的原则，对库区移民人口进行了调查核实，全市
共核定登记大中型水库农村移民316322人，其中生产安置5330人。对全市37座大
中型水库“淹地未淹房” 村和810座小型水库移民基本情况进行了调查统计。编
制了全市《大中型水库农村移民后期扶持规划》、《大中型水库库区和移民安置
区基础设施建设和经济发展规划》，确定了移民村扶持方式。
