的收集、审核和上报工作，充实了市属国有企业清产核资数据库。定期对市管企
业资本运营情况进行分析和评价，指导市管企业搞好资产经营和资本运营。加强
投资公司和城建投资开发公司投、融资平台建设，搭建了全市城市建设投、融资
平台体系。组建成立了临沂商城资产经营公司，为运作、经营好商城国有资产奠
定了基础。
