    全年共受理土地、城建、房产、劳动、工商等行政执法领域的一审行政案件
1671件，受理二审行政案件136件，审结134件，受理非诉行政执行案件6609件，
裁定准予执行6503件， 执结率为98%，结案标的额6000万元。受理并办结国家赔
偿案件8件。 加大行政案件协调力度，原告撤诉或行政机关改变行政决定后原告
撤诉的占48%。
