    注重创新监督方式，提高监督能力，切实解决群众反映强烈的执法不严、司
法不公的问题。 年内，依法监督立案129件、161人，追捕追诉336人，依法监督
行政执法机关向公安机关移送各类刑事案件123件。加强对重罪轻判、轻罪重判、
有罪判无罪案件的抗诉工作，全年共提出刑事抗诉16件，法院已改判或发回重审
8件。做好民事行政检察工作，年内，共提出抗诉117件，提出再审检察建议74件，
法院已改判、调解、发回重审129件，原审改判率达95.74%。
