    修改制作《前进中的临沂人防》专题片，编制了《临沂市防空袭应急预案》。
“9·18”警报鸣放前，设立宣传站12个、出动宣传车150台次、发放宣传资料10
万余份、在手机上发放鸣放信息30万条、在电视台、电台播放防空警报专题片，
广泛宣传了《人民防空法》 。9月18日，全市成功举行防空警报鸣放仪式，防空
警报鸣响率达100%。 年内，全市新安装警报器80台，累计达243台。全市70余所
学校开设人防教育课程， 受教育人数达4万余人；大中专院校、社区受教育人数
达2.25万人；社会受教育人数达6.45万人。
