    新行政办公楼主体已于7月中旬封顶。 三合社区按照商品房要求、市场化运
作的原则，实现了建设模式和组织形式的转变。全年摘牌土地27万平方米，实现
土地投资额2.2亿余元。 单体楼设计方案全部完成，大配套项目基本完成。有54
栋楼开工建设，建筑面积45万平方米。
