    集中开展了闲置低效土地清理整顿工作，采取以收促建、协商共建、嫁接项
目、依法转让等方式，盘活闲置低效土地26.3公顷，提高了土地利用率。以湖西
崖3个社区为重点， 开展了旧村改造工作。共建设37栋居民安置楼，建筑面积16
万余平方米，可安置居民1068户。其中，湖西崖北社区有11栋楼竣工并交付使用，
湖西崖西社区11栋楼、后崔庄社区5栋楼、潘庄社区8栋楼水电暖等配套设施基本
完成。
