    创新招商思路，实行专业招商、科技招商和以商招商。以开展“雷士照明项
目年”工作为重点，打造照明灯饰产业基地，大力发展产业招商，初步形成了灯
饰、机械、电子、纺织、医药五大产业招商的格局。全年共批准进区项目86个，
合同引进项目总投资额40.25亿元， 其中利用外资项目6个，实际利用外资789万
美元。
