    2006年，全市各级计生部门以稳定低生育水平为工作中心，以计划生育优质服务为切入点，通过
开展计划生育优质服务建设年活动， 使整体工作水平有了新的提高。全市出生人口92613人，出生率
9.06‰，自然增长率3.68‰，合法生育率98.84%，出生人口男女性别比107.82∶100；晚婚率79.74%，晚
育率83.89%，完成了省下达的各项人口责任指标。莒南县、罗庄区分别成功创建“国家级计划生育优
质服务先进县”和“省级计划生育优质服务先进区”。
