    全市共受理各类劳动争议案件2195起，结案2041起，涉及职工5816人，涉案标的6489万元，通过
案件处理，为劳动者挽回经济损失5688万元。推进劳动争议仲裁工作机构实体化建设，健全完善了仲
裁员、仲裁庭制度，提高仲裁办案质量和效率，探索符合实际的办案手段，组建乡镇办事处仲裁庭，
完善了企业调解委员会和三方协调机制。
