    根据市政府颁发的《临沂市科学技术奖励办法》，科技局制定实施了《临沂市科技成果管理试行
办法》 。对2005年度的211项科技成果进行异地初评、专业评审和综合审定，共有195项优秀成果获得
2005年度临沂市科学技术奖，其中市技术发明奖5项、科技进步奖190项，落实奖励经费55万元。同时
积极向省科技厅申报省科学技术奖57项，共获得省科学技术奖12项，其中省技术发明奖1项、省科技
进步奖11项。
