    加快推进百万农户致富工程。在村镇集体土地房屋确权发证工作中，上门测量房屋4000余户、32
万平方米， 发放房屋产权证书8100余本。 市区办理各类房产登记52373份， 增长57%，其中初始登记
8673份， 转移登记7109份，变更登记496份，抵押登记11575份、抵押金额31.61亿元，商品房备案登记
19331份。房产登记资料整理26050卷，提供房产档案查阅服务5200余卷。完成各类房屋测绘面积753万
平方米。
