    坚持重心下移，将稳定责任分解落实到每个市管企业班子，落实信访稳定工作责任制，建立密切
的工作联系制度，针对信访案件不断增多的形势，全力维护企业稳定。市国资委共收到群众来信来访
16件，受理11件，办结8件。处理上级和领导转批信访件6件，接待职工群众来访230余人次，确保了
未发生越级集体上访事件。
