    全市有审计、评估、资产损失审核认定专家库在库专家146名，中介机构16家。充分发挥中介机
构和评审专家的作用，切实把好资产变动关。市国资委统一聘用中介机构，切断了企业与中介机构之
间的利益关系。严格实行专家评审制度，共安排审计、评估、专家评审65人次，确保了审计结果和经
济鉴证证明客观、公正、准确。
