    市政府于2006年4月在莒南县召开了全市规范行政审批暨县级政务大厅建设现场会，对县级政务
大厅建设工作作了明确部署。在具体工作中，政务大厅管理办公室和市政府法制局积极协调，及时交
流工作情况，给予业务指导。年内，莒南、沂水、郯城、苍山政务大厅正式启用。积极探索在乡镇、
街道办事处建立便民服务中心，加快全市行政服务体系建设，取得了初步进展。
