    2004年，全市共有医疗卫生机构396所，医院床位1.78万张，医疗机构固定总资产总值21.7亿元，
公立医疗机构医疗设备总值7.4亿元，专业卫生人员2.5万人，其中卫生技术人员22100人，有高级职称
者2523人，有中级职称者9404人。年内，临沂铁路医院移交地方后，临沂市政府委托临沂医专管理该
院，经整合后，成为临沂医专的附属医院。
