    年内，召开了全市职业教育工作会议和全市劳动力转移培训会议，以就业为导向，促进职业教育
进一步适应经济结构调整和城镇化发展的要求。2004年，全市职业高中、职业中专共招生30000人，
比上年增加7000人。加强职业教育教学研究，启动了职教“名校”带动工程，大力加强“双师型”专
业教师队伍建设，开展了“学分制”和“弹性学制”试点，加强了中等、高等职业技术学校学生职业
技能考核，提高了职业教育教学质量。
