基本扫除青壮年文盲）监测和专项督导检查。2月，组织了对县区政府的基础教育工作的综合督导评
估，并通过了省政府教育督导室对临沂市教育工作的综合督导评估。对蒙阴、郯城两县的“两基”工
作从普及程度、办学条件、教育经费等几个方面进行了复评，并顺利通过了省复评。
