    抓好国有企业改革，完成了临沂华盛、银凤陶瓷、真情集团、沂光电子、鑫鑫齿轮等市直企业国
有股权的退出。全市县属以上工业企业改革改制面达到95%以上，市属企业国有资产的比重已下降到8
%以下。对钢铁厂、啤酒厂、冶金水泥厂、临沂制药厂、利血宝、节能灯具厂等企业实施了破产重组，
钢铁厂、冶金水泥厂成功拍卖，利血宝、节能灯具厂完成破产。对5户军工企业，抓住国家政策机遇，
制定了破产预案和重组方案。向特困企业派驻工作组，帮助脱困，研究发展。积极推行现代企业管理
方法，推动企业管理上水平。
