完成前期征地与设计工作。占地90余亩、总建筑面积20000平方米的市残疾人综合服务中心已开工兴
建。全市初步形成了以市残疾人综合服务设施为中心，县级残疾人综合服务设施为依托的残疾人服务
网络，全市残疾人基础设施建设工作，成为全省先进典型。
