    北京市工商局发布通知，从6月19日起企业登记注册时凡提交的《房屋所有权证》写明房屋用途
为“住宅”的，购置的商品房购房合同中写明房屋用途为“住宅”（公寓、别墅）的，《房屋所有权
证》和购房合同中房屋用途的表述无法辨别为住宅或商业用的（如商住、综合等）均不予登记注册。
