    各级民政部门按照市委、市政府的要求，把涉军人员稳定工作作为事关社会稳定和谐的重要工作，
履行部门职责，做好摸底、稳控和劝解疏导上访人员等方面的工作。为维护全市安定团结、和谐稳定
的大好发展局面做出了新贡献。2005年度，市民政局被市委、市政府授予“平安临沂建设先进单位”
称号。
