    2003年至2005年，累计完成投资28.8亿元，改造通村硬化路12009.8公里，居全省第二位，行政村
通硬化路率达到95.6%。村村通客车工程累计投入资金2706万元，新增通客车行政村3241个，站点棚牌
建设数量全省第一，全市行政村通客车率达到99.1%。
