    全系统年内共批复技改项目18项，投入技改资金3.7亿元，提升了轻工系统的整体实力。鹏程纸
业有限公司加快技术改造步伐，年产30万吨高档牛皮挂面箱板纸项目已批准立项，该项目投资5.1亿
元，一期工程计划投资2亿元，项目建成投产后，可实现利税2.28亿元。坪上玻璃厂通过分块改制，
已步入良性循环，自主创新能力大大增强，年内投入2000万元对3号生产线进行节能降耗等方面的技
术改造。
