    各地抓住农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的机遇，以板栗、银杏、杞柳、金银花、杨树丰产林和
花卉基地建设为重点，结合“百万农户致富工程”，新建和改建板栗、柿子、银杏、枣、杞柳等经济
林3019公顷， 种苗、 花卉基地1867公顷， 较好的完成了年度建设任务。林木种苗生产共完成新育苗
2187公顷，容器育苗2.34亿株。全市花卉面积已达2000公顷，鲜切花38万平方米，花卉业年产值近6亿
元。年内，平邑县保太镇被评为省双十佳花木乡镇。莒南、郯城、费县、平邑、苍山的经济林，兰山、
罗庄、河东、沂水的花卉苗木已成为当地经济发展的支柱产业。
