    强化审级监督力度，市中级人民法院共审结各类二审案件3158件，其中改判和发回重审677件。
强化审判监督，共审理再审案件285件，其中依法改判90件。受理检察机关提起抗诉的案件71件，已
审结49件，其中抗诉理由成立依法改判的10件，依法纠正了一些案件在适用法律上的偏差，维护了司
法权威。
