    年内全市法院共审理涉及土地、 城建、 工商、交通、劳动等行政执法领域的一审行政诉讼案件
1367件。其中判决维持行政机关决定的111件，撤销行政机关决定的162件，裁定同意原告撤诉和被告
改变行政决定后原告撤诉的451件，以驳回起诉、移送有关部门处理等方式结案的643件。执结非诉执
行案件4447件，标的额3476万元。认真贯彻执行《国家赔偿法》，依法办理国家赔偿案件22件，决定
赔偿14件。
