    2005年，市中级人民法院和各县区人民法院深入贯彻“公正司法、一心为民”方针，全面开展审
判、执行工作。全年共审（执）结各类案件92144件，结案标的额59亿元，分别比上年上升4%和5%，
其中市中级人民法院共审（执）结诉讼、执行案件4423件，办理减刑假释、技术鉴定及申诉听证等案
件1767件。
