    年内，认真贯彻国务院新颁布的《信访条例》，围绕“人人受到局长接待，件件得到依法处理”
的总体目标，组织公安“大接访”活动。全市公安机关共接访906起、1381人次，群众现场满意率100
%，查结906起，结案率100%，息访809起，息访率89.3%。市公安局被评为全国公安机关开门接访先进
集体，副市长、公安局长刘杰作为全国市级公安局代表应邀参加了公安部表彰大会，并作了典型发言。
