    2005年，临沂武警支队认真贯彻总队党委的工作部署和指示，按照“强班子、抓基层、谋发展、
保稳定”的总体工作思路和“四个发展”的工作目标，以信息化为主导，圆满完成了以执勤、“处突”、
反恐为中心的各项任务。 年内， 被总部表彰为“连续8年预防事故案件先进单位”，被总队表彰为
“基层建设先进支队”、“先进纪委”、“先进教导队”，5个中队被总队表彰为“基层建设先进中
队”。市政府为支队记集体三等功。
