    贯彻落实《中华人民共和国教育法》、《残疾人教育条例》，残疾儿童入学率不断提高。优化整
合社会资源，鼓励支持社会力量举办特教学校，全市有特教学校16所，其中民办特教学校7所，普校
附设特教班27个，有5680名残疾学生在校接受教育。承办了山东省“扶残助学春雨行动”启动仪式，
通过开展彩票公益金助学和“春雨行动”扶残助学活动，共争取或投入资金60万元，扶持600名残疾
学生就读。
