    重庆市从今年开始，将在有条件的企业的关键职业、关键岗位上逐步推行“首席工人”制度。
    推行“首席工人”制，主要是与国际接轨。从荣誉上来讲，“首席工人”是一种地位，相当于科
学教育界的学术带头人；从经济上来讲，因为他做出的贡献大，所以他比一般工人甚至技师、高级技
师的收入要高出许多。企业“首席工人”的酬金具体高到什么程度？主要决定于该企业的经济效益。
