    3月，组织了全市义务教育阶段学校办学水平综合督导评估，在临沭县召开了总结表彰大会，表
彰了100所优秀学校，表彰了义务教育工作先进县区，聘任了30名市级督学。举办了县区督导人员培
训班，组织人员对各县区控制初中生辍学情况进行了专项督导。对莒南、河东两县区的“两基”工作
从普及程度、办学条件、教育经费等几个方面进行了复评，并顺利通过了省政府教育督导室复评。
