    在《人工影响天气管理条例》实施后，人工影响天气工作逐步向科学、规范、高效方面发展。根
据全年天气形势，冬春季进行6次增雨（雪）作业，动用火箭发射系统14部次，发射火箭弹54枚。6月
12～13日及7月7日成功进行防雹作业，共发射火箭弹15枚，37高炮炮弹60发，防护面积300平方公里。
