    胶州至新沂铁路是东北至长江三角洲陆海铁路通道的重要组成部分，其中临沂境内全长152公里，
途经沂水、沂南、河东、郯城四县区，总投资约20亿元。该工程于2001年12月开工建设，建设工期三
年，2003年6月24日全线贯通，12月20日开通临时运营。
