    随着“学金锣创强企，争当民营企业50强”活动的开展，全市民营龙头企业不断加大投入，强化
管理，呈现出旺盛的发展活力，对经济的带动作用不断增强。2003年，全市进入统计范围的规模以上
民营企业达889家，完成产值297.1亿元，实现利润18亿元，分别比同期增长56.9%和32.8%，占全市规模
以上工业总产值的比重达到33.9%和47.8%。全年营业收入过5000万元的民营企业达到68家，其中过亿
元的36家，过10亿元的4家。
