    全市坚持引进、科研和生产相结合，用高新技术改造传统的造林营林方式，围绕林业产业结构调
整，引进名特优经济林新品种30多个，新发展经济林2.01万公顷，良种率达到100%。积极组织开展技
术培训和送科技下乡活动，大力普及实用技术，推广先进技术，加速科技成果向现实生产力的转变。
全市共举办培训班300多期，培训林果农3.6万人次，10余项新技术、新成果在生产中得到广泛应用。
