    2003年，全市审计机关深入贯彻落实依法审计、服务大局、围绕中心、突出重点、求真务实的方
针，依法履行监督职责，不断加大执法力度，各项主要审计指标与上年相比呈现出较大幅度增长。全
年共审计单位1035个，同比增加11%，查出违规金额12.56亿元，同比增长80%；管理不规范金额17.08
亿元，同比增长158%；应上缴财政金额1.32亿元，同比增长189%；已上缴财政金额1.28亿元，同比增
加173%，其中罚款1683万元，同比增加34%；移交经济违法违纪案件6起，已追究刑事责任或给予党政
纪处分者5人。
