    ①审级监督。中院共审理二审案件2325件，其中维持原判、调解、撤诉的占77%，改判和发回重
审的占23%。工作中，还将监督与指导相结合，及时通过情况通报、内部函示等形式进行业务指导。
②审判监督。共审理再审案件335件，其中依法改判121件。审结检察机关提起的民事、行政抗诉案件
75件，其中依法改判31件。深入开展了“公正与效率”司法大检查和清理超期羁押案件活动，经清理，
全市法院没有超期羁押案件。
