场主体行为，保护了市场公平竞争秩序，促进了现代企业制度的建立，保障了社会主义市场经济的有
序发展。中院专门成立了破产案件审判庭，全年共审结企业破产案件41件，标的额4.6亿元，盘活了
不良资产，促进了企业改制。审结一审婚姻家庭、损害赔偿、劳动争议等民事案件19671件，依法维
护了公民人身和财产权利，妥善化解了矛盾纠纷。
