    举办了2003年全市大中专毕业生就业双向选择大会，有521名毕业生通过双选落实了就业单位。
调整完善了大中专毕业生就业政策，进一步简化了就业和落户手续。年内共办理毕业生派遣手续6000
余人次，调整改派毕业生300余人次，整理接转毕业生档案近8000人次。同时对市属10所普通中专学
校的5000余名应届毕业生的生源情况进行了审查、汇总和填报，保证了生源情况准确无误。本着公开、
公平、公正的原则，组织市属各中专学校顺利完成了2003年度100名省级优秀毕业生的评选工作。
