    中国首批政府公职律师年初在福建省厦门持证上岗，标志着执业律师进入中国各级政府的决策领
域。
    公职律师是指具有律师资格或法律职业资格，供职于政府职能部门或行使政府职能的部门，经司
法行政部门授予公职律师执业资格，由政府支付工资，办理政府法律事务的律师或承担法律援助职责
的律师。
    目前，公职律师的试点工作在北京、吉林、福建、河北、广东等一些省市进行。
