    职业培训工作取得明显成效。年末，全市技工学校共有16所，在校学生15891人，当年招生5058人，
毕业生就业率达到90%以上。就业训练中心13所，社会力量办学机构127个，全市开展培训9.6万人次，
其中：企业在职职工83680人，下岗失业人员5000人，劳动预备制5000人。职业技能鉴定工作有了新进
展。年末职业技能鉴定机构17所，全年共有19207人参加职业技能鉴定，其中15362人获得职业资格证
书。
