    积极贯彻落实就业再就业优惠政策，加快就业服务体系建设，开发就业岗位，促进下岗失业人员
再就业。开通临沂市劳动力市场信息网，市场导向的就业机制初步建立。全市共办理求职登记71398
人次，有46283人通过市场实现了就业，年末城镇登记失业人员22857人，城镇登记失业率为3.2%。全
市劳服企业发展到401家，从业人员1.82万人，全年新发展劳服企业45家，新安置下岗失业人员2540人。
加强了剩余劳动力劳务输出工作，全市劳动保障部门组织劳务输出2.4万人次，其中国外输出230人。
年末在外实有务工人员达到20.9万人。
