    2002年，全市村镇建设投资达27亿元，全市有42个乡镇编制完成了18个住宅小区、16个工业园区、
12条商业街区、21个广场绿地的详细规划。有4.32万户农民按规划建设了新房，建筑面积419.51万平
方米，有43个建制镇和2个集镇建了自来水厂。市建设局配合省建设厅在平邑县地方镇举办了“全省
建设系统‘三下乡，五服务’活动大集”，将村镇建设的各项服务项目送到乡村。
