    2002年，各水利经营管理单位积极围绕市场，发挥各自优势，严抓管理，积极开拓新的经营路子，
全年水利系统实现经营收入4.5亿元，利税1050万元。水库渔业以调整养殖结构为重点，加强了养殖
新品种的移植推广工作。全市有9座大中型水库移植新品种14个，已有巴西鲷、洱海鲤、银鱼等6个品
种繁殖成功，并向外供苗或卵。2002年，在全市水库蓄水偏少的情况下，水利渔业总产量达6000吨，
创产值4000万元，实现利税1500万元。
