    2002年，全市12个县区全部成立了安全生产监督管理机构，临沭、兰山、平邑、郯城、苍山等县
区的乡镇成立了安全生产办公室或安全生产监督管理站，配备了专职安全生产管理人员，其它县区的
个别乡镇也成立了安全生产监督管理机构，配备了专兼职安全生产管理人员。全市共有专职安监工作
人员200余人。
