    认真开展统计“四五”普法宣传教育活动，及时成立全市统计“四五”普法领导小组，全市共举
办普法培训班153期，培训普法骨干4499人，累计完成统计“四五”普法学习考试人数7488人。制定
了《统计执法办案奖惩办法》，实行执法工作考核“一票否决”。全市共抽调执法检查人员178人，
组成63个检查组，对759个单位进行了全面检查，发现统计违法问题230件，立案处理190件，罚款89
件，罚款金额119.7万元，警告43件，通报批评58件。
