    加强与新闻、宣传和教育部门的合作，深入开展人防宣传教育活动，警报试鸣期间进行了集中宣
传。在12个县区、58所中学、510个班开展了人防知识教育，3.2万名学生接受教育。人防教育及格率
为100%，优良率为90%。2002年9月，全省人防教育经验交流暨表彰会议在临沂召开，临沂市人防办在
会上介绍了经验，并荣获全省人防教育先进单位。建成了人防无线电短波指挥通信网和数据传输网。
安装7台警报器，调试、维护40台警报器，9月18日进行了第四次警报试鸣。
