    市残疾人联合会运用"政府主导和社会参与相结合"的社会化工作方式，开展了各项残疾人康复工
作。两年来，全市共完成白内障复明手术3936例，脱盲率100%，脱残率95%，为低视力患者配戴助视
器251人，语训聋儿308名，为聋儿配戴助听器132台，智残儿童康复训练749人，为1103名肢残者装配
矫形器， 训练脑瘫儿童100名，分别占省康复办下达任务的106%、114%、107%、375%、221%、126%、
115%、100%。
